We offer reduced fees to players of families receiving benefits (not tax credits) so please ask. We may also be able to arrange payments with a standing order across five months if you need this.
If you have paid and your child is unable to play next season, come September, we'll refund your fees, provided they don't actually start.
3. RESPOND TO THE EMAIL YOU'LL GET FROM THE FA
You'll get an email from the FA asking your consent to your child's registration with KM (even though the email title is "Do not reply")
You **MUST** click on a link in this email and and enter your (parent) date of birth
If you don't respond, your child will not be registered for matches in September
See instructions on the right of this page
We will have provided the FA with the data you entered on the KM registration form (step 1 above) so please ensure everything is accurate.
DEADLINE AND TIMING
The deadline for steps 1 and 2, KM reg form and payment is 14 July 2018. This gives us one week to tie up loose ends and queries before everyone is off for the summer.
We'll then be putting data from our form into the FA system to generate your FA confirmation emails. So please look out for them and click to confirm instantly.
Remember - if you ignore the FA email, your child will not be registered in time for September's matches.
Why do we ask for forms and payment so early? We need to get everything sorted before the summer holidays when we also want a break! Matches usually start the first weekend after schools go back.
RESPONDING TO THE FA EMAIL
This will appear in your inbox (yep, strange heading!)
Open the email, scroll and click "Respond to Request"
The pictures may be blocked from your email but scroll down anyway to find the link to click
This takes you to the FA website. You must enter the PARENT'S date of birth you gave on the KM reg form
You then get a confirmation email from the FA and so will we
